Platform controls

• Row-level security on database tables per tenant
• Email OTP and optional Google sign-in with step-up verification
• Automatic session timeout after inactivity
• Encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) for all traffic

Data isolation

Each business tenant's data is logically separated. Staff access is scoped by role and enabled modules.
